Wild West Hardware respects the privacy rights of our customers. Any and all information you provide us is kept with strict confidence. We respect your privacy and will not sell or provide your personal information to anyone whatsoever!

Shipping Policy:
All in-stock orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days, Monday thru Friday. Orders are shipped via US Postal Priority Mail or United Parcel Service and usually take 2-5 business days for delivery.
Please allow approximately 2-4 weeks for items that need to be back-ordered. If you are in a hurry, it is advisable to contact us for availability before ordering. Please be patient, since most of these items are hand-made and require much more time than commodity produced hardware..

Expedited shipments are available if the item(s) is in stock. Please contact us first to see if your items are available and to get a quote on the additional charge for expedited shipping. If you do choose an expedited method, you agree to have us charge your credit card for the additional amount.
You should request UPS Next Day, 2nd Day or 3rd Day shipping in the comment section when checking out.

NOTE: Effective August 16, 2009 WE WILL NO LONGER SHIP TO CANADA. The high costs of tariffs / duties, additional shipping costs, brokerage fees, etc., have made it too expensive for our customers in Canada. Unless prior arrangements have been made, we ask our Canadian visitors not place any online orders.

Returns:
Any item may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt of merchandise, less shipping, provided the item(s) are not used or damaged. The returned item(s) must be packaged to prevent any damage during shipping. Please contact us for a return authorization number (RAN). No returns will be accepted without this authorization number. Return shipping to be paid by customer.
You have 48 hours from the date of delivery to report any missing item.
There is a no return policy on any products that are custom ordered.
There is a 30% re-stocking charge for any ball bearing or spring hinge return.

Other Terms and Conditions

Wild West Hardware has the right to refuse or cancel any orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and the customer's credit card charged. If the credit card has been charged and the order is canceled, Wild West Hardware will refund any money due.
